DSC Solutions is an IT consulting firm serving commercial, non-profit, and educational clients. The company was started in 2009, and was founded with the goal to provide a different type of service to it's clients. The company was started in Tampa Bay, FL, and it's headquarters moved to Summit County, CO in 2019. We are very proud to be joining the community of Summit County, while not forgetting our roots. We continue to serve clients in central Florida, along with our long term clients in other states. We bring over 20 years of IT experience to the table, but consider each day to be an opportunity to learn and grow.
As is no surprise, the technology field is continuously changing. While it is often easier to provide services to clients remotely, our preference is to be in front of clients whenever possible. We believe support should be provided remotely only if it makes more sense, not because it can. There is much to be said for an in-person approach. The infrastructures we design are there to make you and your team more efficient. There is no better way to do that, than to see your workflows in action.
Our company is built on the idea of long term relationships, and good communication. The person you discuss your project with, will be the same person to provide the proposal, and ultimately manage the implementation. This eliminates miscommunications about materials orders, scheduling, project plans, etc. You will have a consistent point of contact from the very beginning.
In addition, we will not ask you to enter into a service contract. We want our customers to remain customers, because we've done quality work in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.
We help our clients build a more efficient network to manage, and a more efficient network to use. Technology is there to make tasks easier, not the other way around. The most important word in ROI is return.
